For his part, called on the municipal director Abdel Nasser Ghalib Oil Ministry solving the problem of asphalt plant in the province, which does not give the department because of red tape and procedures of the ministry and this affects the paving streets.
It also called for the need to install contracts and wage-earners in the department because they represent 90% of the employees and therefore, some departments in the province have given up permanent staff also explained the problem of the pieces were distributed to widows, divorcees and the elderly attributing this to the controls (the beneficiary of them do not have employees in the state).
