And urged Maliki to "Prompt Kuwait directed from Chapter VII during his visit to it on the fourteenth of this month.

Promised in a statement today: "The survival of Iraq under Chapter VII is the main cause of non-completion of the sovereignty of Iraq." The Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki will visit Kuwait on the fourteenth of this month, in response to an invitation from his Kuwaiti side.
