Parliamentary Economy: half of the salary for a period of two years for each government employee moving to the private sector

It revealed to the economic and investment commission in Parliament, on Tuesday, that the 2016 budget committed the government to pay half of the salary of each civil servant moving to the private sector for two years, in addition to his salary in the private sector, noting that the move will encourage work in the private sector for the promotion of the national industry.

Said committee member Rep olive-Dulaimi said in an interview for "tomorrow Press" that "the budget has given the opportunity for the private sector to transfer some of the staff from the public sector to the private giving him half of the salary for two years in addition to his salary in the private sector is a good step," adding that "the government employee if Jump to civil companies, the government committed itself to pay half his salary for two years in addition to the salary received from the private sector. "

She said, "This move is good in order to encourage work in companies and factories civil and advancement of the industrial reality in Iraq," noting that "there are positive aspects in the budget, including the stay on staff salaries and find some grades to install contracts in some ministries."
