Maliki to visit Kuwait in mid March
BAGHDAD, March 2 (AKnews)- Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki will visits Kuwait in mid March, said Maliki's adviser.
Maryam al-Rais said that the PM will discuss all the suspended issues between the two countries and will endeavor to solve all and open a new page in the history of political and economic relations with Kuwait.
Discussing the controversy over the Kuwaiti mega Port of Mubark is high on the agenda of PM's visit, the official said.
The port is said to undermine the Iraqi marine trade.
