Iranian Industry Minister Mohammad Reza nimat Zadeh WTO ministerial meeting held in the Kenyan capital Nairobi that Iran is ready to negotiate to join the organization.

Nemat Zadeh said before trade ministers from SCO member States and 162 State "I am here with an important message."
"Now that finally removed years of intense negotiations, all misunderstandings on Iran's nuclear activities, we are taking the next step towards deeper integration into the world economy".

And Iran is the largest economy still outside the WTO.
And joining the Organization will require long and arduous negotiations but nimat Zadeh said that "Iran had already to open trade and investment regime and seek bilateral and regional integration with trading partners.

"Regional integration is not a substitute for the global system, so that WTO membership a priority for Iran's Government, as the largest economy in the world is not a member (of the Organization) that full membership would be of mutual benefit to all and an important step towards a truly global organization.
Despite possessing some of the largest global reserves of oil and gas, Iran's economic growth is hampered by penalties and low energy prices and rising interest rates.

Iran has been applied for WTO membership in 1996 but has not yet begun to consider the request only in 2005, Iran submitted a file containing details of the relevant laws and regulations four years later.
Nemat Zadeh said that Iran has now update this file and is ready for submission to the WTO for the first time, it is ready to enter into talks on reducing tariffs and other barriers to trade in goods and services.
States seeking accession to the WTO to make their laws into conformity with WTO rules but to succeed in her career to enter into negotiations with current members who may seek concessions in sectors of interest to them.

And joining the Organization will impose restrictions on tariffs in Iran and the need for transparency on a broad range of policies affecting trade, such as agricultural subsidies and rules and the rules of import and export commodities.
And other large economies that have not yet acceded to the Organization, Ethiopia, Russia and Algeria, Uzbekistan and Iraq.
