He continued that "the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be responsible for opening 11 temporary offices in different cities of Iran, in addition to the four consulates located in Iran to accommodate the number of visitors and to facilitate obtaining visas," noting that it was "to emphasize the need for concerted efforts of all in coordination with the Iranian side to reduce the time of implementation visit the special agreements with the approach of the fortieth visit of Muharram."
