Parliament held its 34th, Monday, headed by Salim al-Jubouri, and the presence of 225 deputies, with parliamentary source that the meeting will among other things, most notably the recommendations discuss the merging of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities with the Ministry of Culture, as well as the second reading of a bill defining the mandates of the three presidencies. The source said in an interview with Alsumaria's News, he said that "held its 34th Parliament, today, under the chairmanship of Salim al-Jubouri, and in the presence of 225 deputies," noting that "the meeting will discuss the recommendations of the Legal Committee and the Committee of Tourism and Antiquities and the Committee on Culture and Information in connection with the integration of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities with the Ministry of Culture." The source, who asked not to be named, said: "The meeting also will discuss the Legal Committee of the Human Rights Commission's recommendations regarding the abolition of the Ministry of Human Rights, as well as discuss the recommendations of the relevant committees on the subject of salt water treatment in the province of Basra."
He explained, that "the meeting will discuss the Commission of Displacement and Migration and Health and Environment Committee and the Commission services and reconstruction, the Human Rights Commission's recommendations on the subject of the displaced, as well as monitor the implementation of decisions regarding dues peasants exchange", noting that "the present House of Representatives will return to vote on the recommendations of the Health and Environment Committee on the subject of integration of the Ministry of Environment with the Ministry of Health. "

He continued, that "the meeting will see the second reading of the draft ratification of the Arab Convention for the organization of passenger transport on the roads between the Arab countries and other law", pointing out that "the meeting is scheduled to witness the second reading of a bill defining the mandates of the three presidencies."

The Presidency of the Council of Representatives decided earlier, on Monday (October 2, 2015), to postpone the hearing the 34 half-hour for several quorum.
