Said the parliamentary finance committee member Ahmed Sarhan, that the budget bill is still with the Council of Ministers.
He said Ahmed told all of Iraq [where], that "the draft budget law is still the Council of Ministers, and we are waiting for her arrival in the House of Representatives to read the first reading."
"The budget will be forwarded after reading in Parliament to the Finance Committee for further discussion and taking the suggestions and observations Sabdiha of Representatives by reading the draft law".
It is said that, the Council of Ministers approved on 18 October this, the draft federal budget for fiscal year 2016 Act, in the amount of 106 trillion dinars, and a deficit estimated at 22.7 trillion dinars, or 21% of the total budget in which the oil export estimates built Bmadelha daily 3.6 million barrels, the price of the daily average of $ 45 a barrel.
