Federal Court decides the unconstitutionality of pensions for Ambassadors

Shafaq News / The Federal Supreme Court decided on Monday the unconstitutionality of one of the terms of the Unified Retirement Law No. 9 of 2014 for salary pension
of ambassadors, and stressed that the legislation was contrary to the text of the Constitution.

The judge , Abdul Sattar Berkdr said in a statement received by Shafaq News, that "The Supreme Federal Court held its session on Monday and discussed the proceedings before it."

He added that "the Court has decided the unconstitutionality of item (6) of Article 35 of the Uniform Code of retirement No. 9 for 2014".
