Shafaq News / Chairman of the Integrity Commission , Yasiri Hassan announced on Thursday the issuance of arrest warrants against two ministers and two general
managers in the Municipality of Baghdad on charges of financial and administrative corruption and waste of public money.
Yasiri said, that the arrest warrants were issued against a number of general managers in the Municipality of Baghdad and the Ministry of Electricity, noting that among those who were issued arrest warrants against them are the former secretary of Baghdad , Naim Abaob al-Kaabi and former Secretary Abdul Hussein al-Murshidi.
He added that the judiciary of the integrity issued arrest warrants against the Minister of Electricity , Qassim al-Fahdawi, referring to the issuance of arrest warrants against the former Electricity Minister , Abdul Kareem Aftan al-Jumaili.
Yasiri pointed out that the Integrity Commission has decided to prevent the travel on those who have received arrest warrants against them and bring them to justice because of the recent files transmitted by the commission.
