The Supreme Judicial Council held its eighteenth session presided over by Judge Medhat al-Mahmoud, and decided to change locations a number of judges and on several levels. The judge said Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar, spokesman for the federal judiciary, said that "the Supreme Judicial Council held its morning 10/13/2015, headed by Judge Medhat al-Mahmoud, and discussed a number of files on its agenda." Bayraktar said that "the Council took the decision to change four of the heads of the Federal Courts of Appeal sites", noting that "change locations also included the heads of three of the criminal courts, in addition to the 18 judges."
