Iraq looking with the International Monetary take advantage of the urgent financial assistance loan

Baghdad - INA / Search Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari with senior International Monetary Fund officials take advantage of Iraq's urgent financial assistance provided by the Fund's loan.

A statement by the Ministry of Finance, "The Iraqi news agency" has received a copy of it, on Sunday, that "the Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari and his accompanying delegation, met with Deputy Director General of the International Monetary Fund Foro Sawa, and Masood Ahmed Middle East official and North Africa Fund, both separately, it was discussed Iraq's relations with the International Monetary Fund."

The statement stressed that "the talks were substantive and detailed and focused on Iraq take advantage of the urgent financial assistance loan to a fund to support the budget."

He added, "The two sides agreed to hold a session of bilateral and technical consultations early next month, to discuss the access of Iraq to strengthen financial and economic management in the identification of achieving the economic reforms required and ways to fund the government's efforts aimed at support for a series of reforms to rationalize spending and the elimination of the program waste and squandering of state funds and encourage private sector and foreign and domestic investment."
