    Talabani: the strike and demonstrations will not Thla problem and the economic crisis does not include educational angel



    Deputy head of the Kurdistan region Qubad Talabani, said on Wednesday that the demonstrations and strikes will not Thla problem experienced by the region, and pointed out that the economic crisis does not only include educational landlords, while calling on everyone to deal with the crisis experienced by the Kurdistan region. Qubad Talabani said in a statement received (range Press) copy of it, on the sidelines of a meeting with the branches of the teachers' union officials in the Kurdistan region, that "the economic crisis does not only include, but all segments of society in the region educational angel."

    He said Talabani, according to the statement that "the Government of the Territory muster all its forces out of the crisis and address the employees' salaries in general, and the salaries of teachers and teachers in particular," calling "the Kurdistan Regional Government to inform employees and citizens with transparency on the crisis taking place in the region and the government's efforts to overcome the crisis."

    Talabani stressed that "demonstrations and strikes will not always solve the problem and everyone has to deal with the crisis with responsibility and not to mix with the economic and political crisis experienced by the region."

    The statement continued, that the Deputy Prime Minister Qubad Talabani "also met with the governors of Erbil, Sulaymaniyah and Dohuk and Halabja," stressing that "it is essential that everyone is responsible for dealing with the current situation in the region and play an influential role in it."

    Talabani and pointed out that "after cutting the Territory's budget share by Baghdad, should rationalize expenditure and increase revenues in order to address the crisis," calling to "continue coordination with the employees and citizens to inform them of the transparency of the crisis taking place in Kurdistan and to highlight the steps and efforts of Government of the Territory out of the crisis."

    Dozens of staff in Erbil, demonstrated on Wednesday in front of the Kurdistan parliament building to demand overdue salaries, while demanding an end to corruption, they stressed the continuing strike constantly until the implementation of their demands.
