Experts and academics suggest Syed detailed plan for economic reform Part III
(Part III): the demands and other detailed proposals to the Government
We call on the Government to:
Houses of Ministers and deputies

The Ministry of finance in cooperation with the Central Bank and monetary policy:

House of representatives:

We propose that the Office of financial supervision in this review.

(3) support programmes for the development of education in various stages of either primary education or beyond, with emphasis on the need to expand scientific and vocational education.
(4) review the curriculum in the direction of strengthening the teaching of science, mathematics and modern languages worldwide and scientific thinking instead of conservation and indoctrination on the one hand and across the curriculum promotes good moral values in society of sincerity and honesty and respect for law, tolerance and the rejection of ethnic sentiment and racism and sectarianism from the other side.
(5)the reconsideration of university education and its production output of high qualities and education particularly in the fields of technology, Informatics, engineering, science, mathematics, medicine, pharmacy, biology and agriculture with reduced student rates heading towards arts and Humanities sections except in statistics, accounting, economics and project management. We reaffirm the critical importance of the education sector to produce competent administrations for projects without public and private departments remain low efficiency and competitiveness within an open economy to the outside world and the import of goods and services.
(6)a radical review of the trends of education in universities and colleges towards the strengthening of the role of practical and vocational education in order to configure technically qualified to participate in the reconstruction of Iraq.
(7)the emphasis on implementing effective programmes to combat poverty and employment with a view to reducing illiteracy phenomena caused by leakage of children and young people from schools and benefit from the successful Brazilian experience in combating school dropout through combating poverty.

The Ministry of health and the Office of financial supervision:
