President receives Minister of Industry and Minerals

President of the Republic Fuad Masum, in the Peace Palace in Baghdad, received Monday afternoon 21/9/2015 Minister of Industry and Minerals, Mr. Mohamed owner behind Darraji. The President of the Republic on the absolute necessity to revive the industry in Iraq, and address the situation of factories and plants are not able to production, and to encourage the sector's contribution private in the national industry, as well as attention to industries of war, and the manufacture of ammunition specifically. He stressed President infallible on the importance of the development and implementation of national industrial policy contributes to supplement and strengthen the national economy. At the outset of the meeting, the Minister of Industry and Minerals pointed to the economic crisis, which is the industrial crisis part of it, and its manifestations and its effects on the general crisis in the country. The Minister gave a detailed picture of the solutions included in the ministry's strategic plan calling for the re-present reality evaluation, and study of the legislative process requirements and implementation mechanisms, to be launched towards the main goal of the development of the national industry.
For his part, the President of the Republic expressed his satisfaction for the presentation of the Minister of solutions, and its readiness to support the ministry's efforts to achieve industrial development in the country.
