Baghdad (NINA) – Prime Minister, Nouri Al Maliki’s office denied that the Arab countries objected to holding the Arab Summit in Baghdad.

In a press statement issued today, Maliki’s office said “all Arab states, almost a consensus, welcomed holding the Arab Summit in Baghdad and confirmed their readiness to attend on high levels.”

The statement asked the media outlets to ‘check their sources so that they would not lose credibility due to relying on false sources that claim affiliation to this or that party.”
