Added John that "the rules of procedure of Parliament provides for the replacement of each member in case of his absence to 30 meetings during the legislative one chapter and that in the case of grants or for any deputy to more than 90 vacation during the legislative one will be replaced organ another," but he did not refer to that one MPs who have been directing warning them has exceeded 30 session.
