Infallible: the need to amend the constitution and we should not disagree on its importance

The President of the Republic Fuad Masum, on Wednesday, the importance of protecting the Iraqi constitution, and while pointing to agree on amending the constitution, he stressed that the Constitution is the fundamental document that binds each of Iraqis and the Iraqis came out for the demonstrations thereunder.
