He added that "al-Maliki is stronger than Abadi within the party," adding that "the Islamic Dawa Party is the weakest in the country in terms of popular support, and competencies within the party." He pointed out that "al-Maliki was based on the history of the march and the struggle of the party against Saddam's regime (former Iraqi President), but he was not able to act properly and the liquidation of the same hand."
