Bayraktar said that "this decision comes for the purpose of completing the preliminary investigation and referral of the complaint directly with all the information about the judicial oversight body to investigate them as soon as possible."

He pointed spokesman for the judiciary that "this decision was made by the implementation of what came out of the special Judicial Council session held in the last week."
