He said the legal expert Abdul Sattar Ramadan, on Tuesday, that the results of a commission of inquiry Mosul is not a legal binding, it is telling to eliminate the public, adding that he can not be called the defendants or prevent them from traveling until proven guilty.
Ramadan said the network Roudao media that "the former prime minister Nuri al-Maliki accused, but the accused is innocent until proven guilty and may not be preventing his travel only by the judiciary and after the assignment of the case to eliminate the top, including the competent courts."
Ramadan added, "There are many courts where defendants are directed to the competent courts there is a court martial for officers and major military positions, courts and the police and courts to investigate the ordinary courts, a competent staff issues."
He stressed that "it is still in the primitive investigation because the only issue is the elimination of extradition and that the fuel is not suitable for summoned or arrested until proven guilty."
