Baghdad-((today)) - An informed source, the son of former Deputy Prime Minister Ahmed Al-Maliki presented a request to the French authorities for the purpose of asylum.
The source said ((today)) that the "French authorities strongly rejected, despite his father's brokerage of Nouri al-Maliki formally or personal, adding that Ahmed Al-Maliki seeks to get out of Iraq quickly, fearing its retaliation ttalf legal issues of corruption and waste of public money.
The source noted that "after the French Government refused it turn Brian into Finland for asylum but until now did not get approval. (A.A)
