Kerry pointed out that "this funding aims to help millions of Iraqi civilians affected by the conflict, including more than three million internally displaced and 370,000 refugees who have been forced to flee their homes since January 2014, and that by providing them with goods relief necessary, shelter, and clean water, and medical and psychological services, livelihood support, cash assistance, child protection.
