South of Iraq records 3.064 million barrels of oil per day in July

Shafaq News / Officials in the Iraqi Southern Oil Company said on Saturday that oil exports south of Iraq recorded 3.064 million barrels per day in July, compared to 3.02 million barrels a day in June. The shipments jumped after Iraq's decision to split crude to two classes of Basra heavy and Light crude to solve quality problems. Some companies operating in the Iraqi oil fields have increased the production in the wake of this move.
