PERFECT TUNA CASSEROLE

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
½ cup milk
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained and coarsely flaked
1 ¼ c. crushed potato chips
1 c. unsalted cooked green peas, drained.

Empty soup into a small casserole, add mild and mix thoroughly. Add tuna, 1 cup of the potato chips and peas to soup mixture. Stir well, Sprinkle top with remaining ¼ cup potato chips. Bake in a 350° F oven for 20 minutes. 4 servings. This is a great way to use up the remaining potato chips in the bag that no one will eat.


I don't know where I got this recipe, probably from a friend, but my family loved it and it was a quick easy meal when I got home from work late to fix for dinner.
