    " The Dinar Daily ", Thursday, 29 May 2014

    It is EVICT MALIKI DAY + TWENTY - NINE (29) or " E - M DAY + 29 ".

" ..... despite the superiority of Maliki’s electoral coalition, the competing Shiite forces, the Kurds and the Sunnis, are together able to form a comfortable majority to prevent Maliki from remaining in office. "......................

Maliki likely fears that if he rushes to do business with parties outside the Shiite alliance, his Shiite rivals would do the same and that they may have a better chance to win over the Kurdish and Sunni forces, because there is a general consensus among them to not keep Maliki in power.

At the same time, the rest of the Shiite groups fear that this consensus is not solid enough to withstand discussing the details, and that going alone to the Kurdish and Sunni forces may put them in a weak bargaining position and make them appear responsible for breaking Shiite unity.

An important factor here are the choices that the Sunni and Kurdish forces will make. If the Sunnis and Kurds rush to form ethnic and sectarian alliances, then the Shiite alliance may do the same.

Some are proposing scenarios such as replacing Maliki with another figure from the State of Law Coalition as a compromise to ensure the continuation of the Shiite alliance. Yet, such a solution may come at a later stage, after the favored options by most parties have been exhausted. What is certain now is that a harsh negotiating season will begin as the conflict moves from its electoral aspect into the closed negotiating rooms and deals among the elite.

The Committee on the eight issued a statement contradicted a statement issued by the political body for «National Alliance» («Sadrists» led by Muqtada al-Sadr, and «Islamic Supreme Council» led by Ammar al-Hakim), which strongly objected to what it called the behavior of the «rule of law» exile to been agreed upon between the components of the «National Alliance».
The Committee of Eight, emanating from the political body of the Iraqi National Alliance, agreed to maintain the unity of a row «National Alliance» all components according to a statement issued by the President «National Alliance» Ibrahim al-Jaafari. But the political body for «National Coalition» objected to the «rule of law» prepare a government program and politician, and a candidate to head the next government (the current Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki for a third term) away from the «National Alliance». A statement by the committee, said that «the political body of the Iraqi National Coalition held its regular meeting at the headquarters of the political body for (Sadrist) and in the presence of all his political powers. And accept the coalition developments in the political scene, and concluded several points in his closing statement; most important of which adhere to the (National Alliance) and his objection to the (state law) for breaches committed by them by offering a government program and a political candidate away from the (National Alliance) ». In this context, confirmed by a member of the Iraqi parliament for a coalition of state law, Khalid al-Asadi, told «Middle East», that «(state law) is a cluster of winning the first and the largest number of seats according to the results of the election, and then they find that they have a responsibility to move for everyone to discuss their vision for the formation of the government so that everything is ready after the ratification of the results », indicating that« the leader of the (state law) Nuri al-Maliki had sent a letter detailed all the leaders of the political blocs include an explicit call to discuss the failures of the previous stage and starting for the future ».

For his part, the spokesman for the Liberal bloc, a subsidiary of «Sadrists», Jawad al-Jubouri, told the «Middle East», that «the political body's (National Coalition) strongly objected to the behavior of (state law), which is alone with the candidate offering his government without that comes through (the National Alliance), did not send this candidate and his program to the political body's (National Alliance) in order to be as it is an agreed candidate (National Alliance) », returned« what was done by (state law), but it is out Early on the fundamentals and rules of the (National Alliance), and then the severe warning issued by the political body gave a clear message of dissatisfaction which requires swift action in the near future ». In response to a question about the lack of visibility into the (National Coalition), and in particular «Sadrists» and «Supreme Council», both in terms of moving the national forces and the declaration of a unified position or a candidate, or more to the government as it did «rule of law», said Jubouri said that «the acceleration and deceleration events in resolving matters by the other party for the corresponding (state law), certainly in the interest of (state law). Hence, we see that the unit (the National Alliance) and not our image by Machine Media's (state law) that we may have hard-stick obedience and fragmentation (National Alliance) we are taking careful steps, but according to the behavior that is followed by (state law) are in favor ». He explained that «it is required to make quick decisions and strong», adding that «there are factors and conditions with our other partners make it possible to move quickly.

Re: Hakim calls political blocs for meeting to discuss supporting national unity

Here are some times updated in 2004 against Iraq. Notice the WARKA BANK isn't listed. One particular item I noticed is NO TECHNICAL DATA. That says "electronic" to me as in money!

    https://www.treasury.gov/resource-cen...s/iraq_gl5.pdf

Here is the page with the lists of sanctions placed on Iraq prohibiting US Citizens from dealing with Iraq.
There is a lot to read and uncover. Maybe someone with a fast reading and ability to comprehend all of this will look it all over. I'm gonna see what I can grasp from it.
