    Politicians and economists warned from the consequences of the continued delay in approving the budget and the possibility of inability to pay salaries of employees.     The head of the Iraqi Parliament Osama Najafi said Parliament shall not be delayed adoption of the budget, while the bore of the Legal Committee State of Law coalition led by Nuri al-Maliki and the Kurdistan region which is headed by Massoud Barzani, the responsibility of resolving the issue of the budget.
    The President of the House of Representatives Osama Najafi in a press conference attended by "future" yesterday that Parliament shall not be delayed adoption of the budget, and the House of Representatives will exercise done during the current legislative session until the adoption of the budget can not be accused of the Council of negligence, noting that the dispute between Baghdad and Erbil contract is adoption of the budget.
    Najafi said that the Presidency is not entirely consistent, and the edges are not able to include a budget bill on the agenda, noting that the rules of procedure compels the Presidency on the compatibility of the inclusion of the entire law.
    He continued, "We tried today (yesterday) after we have applied, for the inclusion of the budget on the agenda of the Council, but the Kurds walked out of the session, especially that there are absences of many, including the absence of 44 MPs from the National Alliance, and 15 deputies from the Kurdistan Alliance, and 25 deputies from Iraq."
    He called Najafi all deputies to go back to the Council for adoption of the budget and other laws, noting that the Presidency has issued an order to cancel all licenses granted to the House of Representatives, with the exception of sick leave and other critical situations. "
    For its part, the Parliamentary Legal Committee confirmed that the problem of the delay in approving the budget should be subject to agreement and a political deal between the coalition of state law and the Kurdistan region, who are among a party to delay the budget problem.
    The deputy chairman of the Committee Deputy Amir Kanani told the "future" yesterday that the state budget came out of their technical nature and have become a political issue, noting that the House of Representatives faced in the last year of a problem between the center and the region the fact that the center of Aigr oil contracts concluded by the province, and prepared by the illegal and not binding on the center, and then was holding a political agreement between the province and the center, making oil contracts illegal, and the government agreed on the political legitimacy under the agreement, which was among a coalition of state law, and officials in the Kurdistan region.
