Committee to prepare for the transition in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers continue to hold and sprinkled about the smooth transition of power
Set up a committee to prepare for the transitional period the Central Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and Rstha fourth on the transition smooth and safe for the ministries after the formation of the new government.
workshop, which was held at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in the presence of a number of senior officials of the Ministries of Construction and Housing, telecommunications, science and technology, and Municipalities and Public Works, which included a detailed explanation mechanism to provide the necessary information required to the Central Committee for the transitional period, which in turn in the collection of data that include legislation and regulations relating to the ministry, and submit them to the new minister in order to facilitate the exercise of his duties.
also addressed the workshop mechanisms of filling out forms has been organized by a committee to prepare for the transition in the Secretariat The Council of Ministers, which includes the organizational structure and staff numbers, and laws and regulations, and the names of senior officials, and related legislation, and vacancies in senior management, and a copy of the budget in 2014, and a list of major projects, and a list of documents and treaties signed by the ministry with international bodies, and an executive summary on the main issues .
This workshop comes within a series of workshops held by the committee to prepare for the transition to the representatives of the ministries in order to collect the necessary information required to be submitted to the new ministers, and a comprehensive assessment of the performance of the ministry to the minister, who remains in office.
Does anyone else think that they're saying they're training the old ministers on how to transition the new ministers into their new seats, and are also training the new ministers on how to assess past performances of their predecessors? I thought these ministers were already seated? But, this CoM announcement makes it sound as if they're being prepared to be seated soon - especially since we've seen articles from the CoM , as well as other articles that law No 21/Law of the provinces, is at least in part going to turn over the powers to the provinces to allocate ration card as well as oil distribution payments. Perhaps this article is further evidence that they're preparing these ministers, based on allocation an other necessities to take over after the first of the year, in accordance with Law No 21 - this law is still being disputed by Maliki, but as it's still in the gazette, I do not believe it has been struck from the gazette.
