Planning Minister: Iraq's second largest budget in the Arab world

Radio Sawa , said Planning Minister Ali Yousef Shukri said that Iraq has the second largest financial balance in the Arab world which does not need the money as much as he needs the technical support and rehabilitation and training.

This came during a meeting with representative of the OECD Islamic Hamid Ali Mohamed to discuss ways of activating cooperation and working agreements between Iraq and the organization.

A statement of the Ministry for Shukri said that the loan by the Bank of the Islamic Organization's worth fifty million dollars been allocated five million dollars provides grant finance to the Iraqi people.

The representative of the organization that Organization of Islamic cooperation initiatives and projects will provide a serious and real to deepen cooperation with the Iraqi government in all fields, including cooperation in the areas of basic and vocational education and the development of agriculture and water.
