just took a short walk and asked some store owners here in nyc. it was dated on 7/01/13, the first couple of lines is just warm greetings, then started talking about there counterfeiting problems, was a 500 percent problem and reducing it 300 percent in there country ?? they must all work together, banks, money exchangers to stop this problem!! they must become a very strong and prosperous country,,,, also warned them that they have a lot of undercover people watching for the funny money and that if you are a bad guy you will be fined in a big way !! That's the gist of the letter and I hope this helps..... nighthawk...... PS. How is it going ????
