Baghdad (news) .. According to MP for the Liberal block of the Sadrist movement MP / National Alliance / Prince Kanani, that Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki sought an alliance with the President of Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani, to enter an alliance in the next parliamentary elections, pointing out that the non-implementation of Article ( 140) will be a national unity 'threatened'.

Kanani said in a statement (of the Agency news): The calm witnessed in the political process before the 'storm' and especially since the State of Law coalition is trying to improve the atmosphere with the President of the Kurdistan region to form a new coalition in preparation for the upcoming parliamentary elections.

He added: that this alliance if it will target some of the political blocs and create new crises for the success of this alliance.

With regard to Article 140 of the Constitution, he pointed Kanani to: that this article is unconstitutional and should be completed in any way and should not remain an obstacle to the relationship between the federal government and the provincial government.

And the MP for the Liberal bloc: the non-implementation of this article will present a threat to national unity and this is not in the interest of the country.
