    Mohamedawi said in a statement received by AIN "Regrettably, the IHEC prevents any political entity headed by certain sect from presenting nominees for the local elections in a province which is resided by another sect," stressing " This situation obliged those political slates to ally with other electoral slates to forward their nominees."
