The Office of the constitutional article 140 of Wasit Province, Tuesday, the distribution of more than 1,600 bank instrument between the protected article during the past year 10 million dinars per cheque with the completion of more than 4,000 new treatment, also confirmed that new transactions are subject to a vote in Parliament on the budget for the year 2013.

Baghdad (AIN) -MP Abdul Salam al-Maliki of the State of Law Coalition called the chairmanship of the Iraqi Parliament to display the 2013 budget for vote during Thursday regular session, urging not to be driven by desires of some parliamentary blocs.
Maliki stressed "There are certain political sides that work on disturbing endorsing 2013 federal budget for favor of partisan and communal interests without any regard to the bad effects that might occur if the budget's endorsement was delayed."
He called on "the parliament to vote on 2013 budget during the regular session of Thursday and avoid postponing it anymore."

MP rules out vote on 2013 budget during Parliament Thursday session

Baghdad (AIN) -Member of the parliamentary Economy & Investment Committee, Aziz Sharif al-Mayahiruled out endorsing 2013 federal budget during the parliament's regular session of Thursday due to the demands of the Kurdistani Alliance over adding the financial dues which is 4 trillion and 200 billion of the oil company operating in Kurdistan Region to the budget of the Region.
Mayahi said "All the political blocs are agreed on the importance of indorsing 2013 budget and its crucial role in running the state," pointing out that "Although the concerning committees completed the main points of the budget, yet there are some political wills that aim to pass their demands within the federal budget."
He confirmed "The need for political consensus to ensure achieving comfortable majority for the vote on the budget in all its items without any problems."

Baghdad (AIN) -The Iraqi Parliament started its regular session of Thursday to read and vote on a number of law drafts most notably the vote on 2013 federal budget.
Parliamentary source told All Iraq News Agency (AIN) "The Parliament held the regular session chaired by the Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi," noting "The agenda of the session includes the vote on 2013 budget as well as reading and voting on other law drafts."
