Virtue Party denies Abadi authorization to hold a ministerial reforms

He said the Islamic Virtue Party, on Sunday, not to give him a mandate to Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to conduct ministerial amendments.
A statement by the Islamic Virtue Party and seen by Roudao Media Network, said that "some of the media picked up on the news is incorrect grant some parliamentary blocs, including the Virtue block, a mandate to the Prime Minister during the parliamentary session."

He also said, "The Iraqi Constitution does not allow the House of Representatives delegate his powers exclusive executive power but select legal contexts and ways can be adopted to address issues related to management of government institutions, including the holding of ministerial amendments."
