The phone-Moussawi told (Voices of Iraq) that "the Iraqi constitution in Article 61 VIII passed the House of Representatives to decide by an absolute majority of its members, to withdraw confidence from the Prime Minister, on the proposal of the President and without the need to question the Prime Minister, or at the request fifth of the House of Representatives condition interrogation. "
He added: "In both cases, the Constitution did not require that the request be withdrawn, causing the confidence which is not conditional upon submission to the House of Representatives."
He pointed out that "the President of the Republic, since the first day of the issuance of the no confidence resolution to designate the candidate of the largest bloc to form a government within a period of conduct of business inevitably," and that "Article 61 / VIII / 3 / d, necessitated the continuation of the work of the Caretaker Government and form a government alternative for 30 days only, a period of inevitable and must be observed and can not be overcome.
