The Oil Ministry announced Tuesday that its output of oil derivatives amounting to 500 000 barrels per day, at a time in which it stressed that there is no increase on these derivatives over the next year, pointed out that the great burdens of liquidation after exposure to the detriment of Baiji.

" Al-Moussawi said that "any increase in the capacity of oil derivatives for next year are not available where it was not able to carry out any new refinery except refinery in Karbala which will be completed in the coming years", adding that "the ministry is currently seeking to add new units improves the quality of gasoline ". He said al-Moussawi said "the Iraqi refineries are currently significant burdens and increased the burden, especially after exposure Baiji refinery, which is the largest in Iraq to the detriment of adult and out of work," pointing out that "Iraq is still importing oil derivatives such as benzene and kerosene Oil and small amount of white oil."
