Shalah expects national meeting to be held at end of October

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -MP, Ali al-Shalah, of the State of Law Coalition confirmed that “The conditions of the political blocs will be discussed during the national meeting,” expecting “The meeting to be held at the end of current October.”

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “The national meeting is called for by the President, Jalal Talabani, and the Iraqiya Slate, Kurdistani Alliance and the Iraqi National Alliance have no advantages in hurdling this meeting.”

“The relations among the political blocs became better after Talabani’s return,” he added.

“We do not except setting conditions on attending the meeting but we agree to discuss the constitutional views and to respond to them,” he concluded.
