The achievement of Arbil court ordering the arrest of General Coordinator of the Movement for Change, which had previously summoned by the court to appear before it to take his testimony, but did not attend.

According to the agency Rudaw, "The court of inquiry Arbil issued an order to arrest General Coordinator of the Movement for Change in the Kurdistan region, Nawshirwan Mustafa, who lives in the province of Sulaymaniyah, pointing out that they demanded his presence in front several times before now, but he refused to come."

She said that "the decision to arrest the MDC coordinator came against the backdrop of such recordings attributed to him published in the media subsidiary of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, which threatens foreign consulates and oil companies operating in the Kurdistan region of murder and kidnapping staff."
