Russian Defense Ministry: Baghdad will be the focal point for Russian operations in Syria

Shafaq News / Russian Defense Minister , Sergei Shoigu confirmed on Wednesday that the Iraqi capital, Baghdad will be the focal point for Russian operations in Syria.

"Shoigu" told Al- Arabiya al-Hadath channel, that "Baghdad will be the focal point for Russian operations in Syria."

A diplomat and military source in Moscow revealed, last Saturday, an agreement between Russia and Syria, Iraq and Iran to establish Baghdad center for the exchange of intelligence information between the military personnel of Iraq, Syria, Iran and Russia, that will begin work in October or next November .
