Parliamentary Finance Committee asked the Finance Ministry to clarify the actual reasons behind borrowing from different European countries .

Said committee member Majda al - Tamimi in an interview for "Economy News", that the Finance Ministry borrowed funds from the International Islamic Bank but will not indicate the reason for borrowing so far, indicating that it is possible that these loans constitute an additional burden for the state , given that oil prices are still in decline .

Tamimi and demanded the government guidance funds these loans to productive projects out of the economic crisis and not rely on oil as a source of funds .
