Agreement on twinning of Basra with Kuwait City

{Baghdad: Euphrates news} local Government announced in Basra, agreed with Kuwait on the twinning of conservatism with Kuwait City {Kuwait}.
According to a statement by the province received {Euphrates news} "Basra Government delegation visited the Kuwait State and met there the Prince of Kuwait and Kuwaiti Prime Minister and Ministers of the Interior and Diwan as well as governors of the capital walfroanih.
The talks have yielded positive results at all levels, notably twinning of Basra governorate of Kuwait City and agreement with the Administration on strengthening mutual cooperation in economic and cultural aspects.
"The Emir of Kuwait financial provision directed to perform service projects in Basra to support reconstruction and these funds will build a University in Zubair hospital beds in the city as well as a Conference Hall in the city centre.
"The Kuwaiti Chamber of Commerce adopted the establishment of an investment conference in the State of Kuwait in late November {November} this year to showcase investment opportunities in Basra."
The statement said "Kuwaiti Interior Minister approval procedures for granting visas to members of the Basra Chamber of Commerce and business across the Kuwaiti Consulate, except Iraqi diplomats walkoitin of procedures."
He agreed on "the formation of a Joint Committee between the Iraqi Safwan Kuwaiti Abdally executors to meet periodically to exchange information and coordination to preserve the security of the two countries, as well as the agreement to establish a bilateral Commission between Basra and the State of Kuwait to enter Holy visitors especially in times of religious events.
Keen "Government of Basra to follow up and activate what has been agreed in the interest of the two peoples."
Governor of Basra was Majid Nasraoui, visited Kuwait State last Saturday, and met the Emir of Kuwait during the visit, Kuwaiti Prime Minister and Kuwaiti officials.
