The federal judiciary announced on Sunday, for moving the complaint public inflicting on the reported corruption allegations during questioning Defense Minister Khaled al - Obeidi session.
She said the judiciary in a statement, " The chief prosecutor / federal judiciary, a move the complaint public right based on Article (II) of the Public Prosecution Law on the reported allegations of corruption during the questioning of the Minister of confidential defense in the Iraqi Council of Representatives held on hearing (03/10/2015). "
The Supreme Judicial Council announced last Wednesday, for moving the public prosecutor a complaint against the names contained in the interrogation of Defence Minister Khaled al - Obeidi hearing on corruption charges.
