UN Secretary-General of the Badr Organization, Hadi al-Amiri during a speech at a ceremony held on the popular sports stadium Karbala to mark the achievement of national sovereignty after the departure of U.S. troops from Iraq to promote national unity and non-sectarian and respect for the judiciary.
